By accessing or using SVG Clean Kit (available at svgcleankit.pages.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the service immediately.
2. License & Permitted Use
SVG Clean Kit is provided free of charge for both personal and commercial use. You are encouraged to optimize, clean, minify, and inspect SVGs for:
- Commercial web applications, enterprise software, and open-source packages.
- Design systems, Figma/Sketch icon sets, and vector brand illustrations.
- Educational projects, digital publishing, and print media.
3. Intellectual Property & Your Assets
You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over all SVG assets, code, artwork, and graphics you process using SVG Clean Kit.
Because SVG Clean Kit operates entirely within your browser client sandbox, SVG Clean Kit does not claim, store, copy, monitor, or license any rights to your uploaded or pasted graphics.
4. Service Integrity & Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to use SVG Clean Kit for any unlawful activities or in any manner that could impair the operation, availability, or security of the website. Because SVG Clean Kit runs in-browser, processing extremely large files (e.g. hundreds of megabytes of raw XML) may consume heavy local CPU or memory resources on your machine.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
SVG Clean Kit is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
While we strive for lossless visual fidelity and high optimization ratios, vector algorithms may occasionally alter subtle rendering parameters depending on browser rendering engines. Always inspect the generated visual output or side-by-side comparison before deploying optimized SVGs to critical production environments.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SVG Clean Kit, its creators, or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service or any data processed through it.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of SVG Clean Kit following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
